    • General Terms and Rules
      • By registering to use the services covered by these Terms and Conditions or/and by playing at IBC003 (hereinafter each separately and all together collectively referred to as "IBC003", "www.ibc003.net" or "Site"), you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older, and you represent and warrant that you have read, fully understand and agree to be bound by and to comply with these "Terms and Conditions." If you do not wish to accept the following terms and conditions, you must not register and open an account and you will be unable to access the software and the gaming services offered in conjunction therewith. Product information, registration on the site, use of any services offered and all and any bets accepted by the IBC003 are subject to these "Terms and Conditions".

Your continued use of the Site after a change or update has been made to "Terms and Conditions" will constitute your acceptance of such change or update.
      • These "Terms and Conditions" represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between you and IBC003 and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and IBC003. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a representation in these Terms and Conditions.
      • In case of contradiction between a provision of this Agreement and any provision on the IBC003 website, the provision of this Agreement shall prevail.
      • We reserve the right at our own discretion to request you to furnish us with a proof of your identity and age as a precondition before we allow you to participate in the IBC003 gaming activities.
    • Accounts conditions of use
      • Where there is any dispute concerning a Player's account, IBC003reserves the right to suspend the Player's account until a resolution is reached. Any disputes must be lodged in writing stating the date, time and details of dispute and sent via email to [email protected] . IBC003 takes member disputes very seriously and endeavours to take all reasonable steps to investigate and resolve all disputes.
      • www.ibc003.net reserves the right to suspend, cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation will be refunded to you using a method of payment as determined by IBC003. However, IBC003 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void any winnings and forfeit any balance in your IBC003 account or any other winnings or entitlements you might otherwise have or have had from your IBC003account and your use of IBC003 services or/and Play.
      • You are solely responsible for keeping your account number and password secure. You shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse your IBC003 account, access and/or use any materials or information from the IBC003 Website, accept any prize, or Play at the IBC003. You are solely responsible for any purchases and/or losses incurred by yourself or a third party on your IBC003 account.
    • General Terms & Conditions of Promotion
      • Usage of multiple accounts on IBC003 will lead to immediate disqualification as it is strictly prohibited. In case of collusion, IBC003 reserves all rights to confiscate the prize sum and all other bonuses.
      • Customer is over the age of 18, or the age of consent in the customer's home jurisdiction, whichever is higher and has the mental capacity to take responsibility for the Customer's own actions and be bound by these terms and conditions. IBC003 shall reserve the right at any and all times to void any transactions involving minors.
      • IBC003 will only offer one bonus per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment method details (e.g. debit/credit card number) and shared computer including but not limited to cyber café or workplace throughout the duration of this promotion.
      • In all promotions, strict rules will be enforced on multiple accounts abuse IBC003 shall in its sole discretion decide on what activity constitutes multiple account abuse.
      • Before the promotional rollover requirements are met, the deposit amount plus the Bonus and any winnings attributable are not allowed for withdrawal.
        1. if a member has applied for a promotion bonus, but before the bonus has been credited in his account:
            2. His account balance is deemed insufficient to complete the bonus turnover requirement; IBC003 reserves the right to ask the member to top up the balance or make a fresh deposit of the same amount before the credit of the bonus is done.
            He makes a withdrawal request; IBC003 reserves the right to reject the withdrawal due to non-fulfillment of the turnover condition of the promotion. A member can make another request for withdrawal once the turnover condition has been satisfied.
            Likewise, when a promotion bonus is credited in a member account and he subsequently places a bet or more, IBC003 will not entertain his request to cancel or withdraw the bonus in order to allow him to make a withdrawal, unless he fulfills the required promotion turnover first.
      • Only wagers that generate a win/loss return will contribute to the promotional rollover requirement. Any bets resulting in void, tie, canceled, or made on opposite sides with the same outcome will not be counted as a valid rollover/turnover.
      • Bets made below (Decimal odd 1.5; China odd 0.5; Malay Positive Odds 0.5; Indo Odd -2.0; US Odds -200) and void, tie, canceled, or made on opposite sides with the same outcome will not be counted towards the rollover requirements.
      • Subject to Clause 5 above, once a bonus has been credited into a member"s account, IBC003 will have the sole discretion to approve or reject the member"s request to change promotion; or to cancel the bonus; or to withdraw without completing the required rollover. Any approval given will be subjected strictly to a penalty being charged on the deposit, the bonus amount withdrawn and any winnings accrued prior to such a request will be voided.
      • Unless otherwise specified, a customer is not eligible to participate in any other IBC003 concurrent promotions.
      • Any bonuses and winnings are non-transferable to other accounts unless at the sole discretion of IBC003.
      • IBC003 reserves the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting or withdrawing any winning or bonus to his account.
      • Where any term of the offers or promotions have not been fulfilled by eligible account holders; are breached; are abused; or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers irrespective of the outcome; or there is collusion in any other forms; or from the usage of multiple accounts; which due to a promotion bonus or any other promotional offer resulted in customer"s profits, whether individually or as part of a group; IBC003 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim the bonus plus all winnings and to levy a charge on the customer"s or customers" accounts up to the value of the deposit bonus to cover administrative costs. As a punitive deterrent and preceding the deduction of such bonus or bonus plus winnings and administrative cost, the remaining balance in any or all accounts will be subjected to a 100% turnover respectively, before any withdrawal is allowed.
      • Should disputes arise in all matters relating to the awarding of the bonus and/or the Terms and Conditions in the Promotion, the final decision shall lies with IBC003. The decision made will be binding and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any customer or third party.
      • The deposit and bonus turnover must be rollover within 30 DAYS (except Welcome Bonus for Live Casino have to rollover within 7 DAYS). IBC003 reserves the right to forfeit all the bonus and winnings (IF ANY) if the deposit and bonus rollover requirements are not met within 30 days (7 days for Welcome Bonus for Live Casino) credit.
      • IBC003 holds all rights to unilaterally make decisions regarding the execution or cancellation of the promotion. We can stop, cancel, modify, invalidate or change the promotion without further explanation and without prior notice.
      • In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of Non-English versions of these Promotions the Specific Terms and Conditions, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
      • If it comes to our notice that a user is misusing or trying to benefit unfairly from a promotion, IBC003 can suspend, withdraw, deny, block or withhold the user at our sole discretion.
      • If any individual/group is found guilty of fraudulent or collusion, IBC003 reserves all rights to deem all the bets placed by them as null. The money in their accounts will be forfeited as well.
    • Wagering
      • Acceptance and Validation of Wagering:
        1. Wager
          Player must wager from funds that are in their Player accounts. All wagering is void if on review the Player has never successfully deposited funds or Funds Transfer into their respective Player account. After deposit, your total bet must be more than 100% or equivalent of your deposit amount, or we will unable to apply for withdrawal, please make the deposit amount on demand.
        2. Confirmed Wagers
          www.ibc003.net cannot cancel wagers once they have been confirmed by IBC003 in your account unless the wager is declared void or due to incorrect results & settlement for reasons outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
        3. Accurate Wagering Records
          Despite every effort to ensure total accuracy, we do not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions in respect of information provided on the Website.
        4. Deduction of Wagers / Unresolved Wagers
          Stakes will be deducted from your account at the time of placing your Bet, no matter when the result is determined. IBC003 cannot refund Bets placed on games where Bets have been purchased for future draws that have not yet been resolved. Such Bets will be resolved upon completion of such games and winnings, if applicable, credited to Players accounts at that time.
        5. ibc003.com Wagering Decision is Final
          You agree that IBC003 and its records shall be the final authority in determining the terms of any wagers you place and the circumstances in which they were made.
        6. Players Sole Responsibility for Winnings
          Any applicable taxes and fees in connection with any winnings awarded to you or any other payments to you are your sole responsibility. IBC003 may report and withhold any amount from your winnings in order to comply with any applicable law. Winnings cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for any other winnings.
      • Stakes Wagered:
        1. Minimum Stakes
          A minimum stake, dependent on the particular Game, will apply.
        2. Server Evidenced Bet Results
          In the event that there is a discrepancy between either the numbers that a Player believes that they have entered or the graphics display of the game they have played and those in the database maintained by www.ibc003.net, the numbers in the database will be deemed to be valid.
        3. Automatic Game Playing / Manipulation of Software / Tampering / Cheating
          Automatic playing of Games by software or any other manipulation of the Games or your/another Player's account data are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your membership, deletion of all associated accounts, the cancellation and/or confiscation of any outstanding prizes and deposits and civil/criminal prosecution. In addition to the above, you agree that the Company has the complete and unfettered discretion to terminate your account for any reason whatsoever and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, should it be of the opinion that your participation in the Website, or any games offered therein, is detrimental to the principles under which it operates the Website. You hereby waive any and all recourse against the Company for any such termination. You acknowledge that full freedom from errors or incompleteness is impossible to achieve with respect to computer software. Should you fail to fulfil your undertakings under this clause, IBC003 shall be entitled to full compensation for all costs, including costs for rectifying the software that may arise out of your omissions or actions in taking advantage of such errors or incompleteness. You agree that the Company is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the Website or your account. Any attempt by you to gain unauthorized access to the Website's systems or any account, interfere with procedures or performance of the Website or games, or deliberately damage or undermine the Website or Games is subject to civil and/or criminal prosecution and will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any and all prizes to which you may have been otherwise entitled to.
        4. Events Beyond www.ibc003.net Control
          Wherever possible, IBC003 endeavours to ensure the full protection of all its Players and their Bets. However, there are certain events that are beyond IBC003's control. Should you become disconnected from the Website (for whatever reason), the act of Gods, IBC003 cannot be held liable for any losses that may result there from. Should a Player be disconnected after placing a wager and before the game is played, the results of that game will still be displayed on the Players account and any winnings or losses recorded accordingly.
        5. Wager Result Acceptance
          By placing any further Bets with IBC003, the Player accepts the results of any previous Bet. As such, the results of the previous wager are hereby deemed no longer in dispute and no refunds or other adjustments will be granted.
        6. Software Malfunction
          IBC003 reserves the right to withhold winnings and void wagers if a Player manipulates the games in a fraudulent manner or the software itself malfunctions.
      • Winnings
        • Prior to releasing or approving any withdrawal, IBC003 reserves the right to request from customers to furnish with information such as proof of Personal Identification, front and back copy of credit card/debit card, Passport, Driving License or recent bank statement or other appropriate documentation as IBC003, at its sole discretion, deems necessary. If you fail to comply with any security request, IBC003 reserves the right to void any winnings in your account.
        • Crediting Winnings -- Winnings will be added to your respective Account, as appropriate, automatically. These updates of your accounts are not 'proof of win' and or should the funds have been transferred (debited) from your respective Account. If upon manual review there is evidence of fraud or malpractice, www.ibc003.net reserves the right to void certain winnings and to amend your various accounts accordingly.
      • Win Limits
        • The following are the maximum winnings, in Ringgit Malaysia or equivalent amount in other currencies, which may be won online per day by an individual:
          1. 100,000 for Casino and other games
          2. 100,000 for fixed-odds Games
          3. 50,000 for Progressive Slot Games
            1. These winnings are exclusive of stake and this should be considered when staking your bet. Where selections taken from different categories are combined in multiple or accumulative bets the lowest maximum winnings limit will apply.
            2. IBC003 management reserves the right to reduce or change win limits without prior notice.
            3. IBC003 reserves the right to cancel any winnings inadvertently provided by our system which exceed these limits.
    • Bonus Money
      • Bonus money is the virtual money given to casino / KENO customers for promotional purposes. The customers cannot withdraw such money right after they have been given it. Depending on the type of bonus, different bonus money processing rules may apply.
      • Bonus money can be converted to real money and then withdrawn after a customer fulfills the requirements of the particular promotion.
    • Other Service Provisions
      • You shall be solely responsible and agree to pay all fees your incur, as well as to report and pay all applicable taxes as required by the applicable governing law while using any services of IBC003.
    • Miscellaneous
      • If this Terms and Conditions are translated into another language, the English version will prevail.
    • Disclaimer
      • You shall hold the IBC003, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and suppliers harmless immediately on demand and shall fully indemnify same from any and all claims, losses, costs, damages, liabilities and expenses whatsoever (including legal fees) that may arise from or be asserted by any third party.
      • We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Play and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to, suspension of or discontinuance of the Play.
      • IBC003 pledged to offer both fair and timely dispute resolutions and redress without undue cost or burden, holding detailed wager and transaction records of all its financial dealings. These records are archived for a period of 5 years (from the date of transaction) and are accessible to the dispute resolution authority upon request.
      • Member should provide their username, mobile phone number and account numbers when requesting for withdrawal.
      • User information has to be matched with the information given during registration. Validation procedure will be done before any withdrawal. Fail to comply, the balance will be confiscated.
